In this quick-playing card game, each player represents an Italian city-state in a dystopian future. The cards are members of the bureaucracy, each with their own special power. Players are given 2 cards at the start of the game, which they keep face-down in front of them. On your turn you may use a power from any card in the game, however if you are challenged by another player and you don’t have that card, you must turn one of your two cards face-up, and once a player’s cards are both face-up, they are eliminated. The last player with at least one face-down card remaining wins the game.
