In Ginkgopolis, each player takes the role of an urban planner building a city in harmony with the world. This has somehow become competitive. In the game you will place new city tiles, building out the town and gathering new powers as you do. You begin with three Character cards which grant you starting resources and bonuses to power your game actions. On a turn, you choose a Construction or Urbanization card from your hand simultaneously with the other players. You then all reveal these cards, adding tiles to expand the city or placing new tiles on top of existing ones. Each card in your hand that you don’t play is passed on to your left-hand neighbor, so keep in mind how your play might set up theirs!
