Part of the Iron Rails series, which also includes Irish Gauge, these are more accessible versions of traditionally heavy train and stock games. Players can buy shares of stock across several different train companies, and then based on their ownership shares, they get to determine where those companies build new rail lines. This creates unexpected outcomes as certain players may try and crash the value of a company by building train lines to nowhere or performing other bad business decisions. It’s surprisingly funny and engaging for a game about stocks and trains.
