We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after starting your subscription to initiate a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must schedule a pick up of any games in your possession and return all games undamaged. We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To request a refund, you can email us at contact@portlandgamelibrary.com. To cancel or pause your subscription use the “Cancel” button available in My Account > Subscriptions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your delivered items upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for gift cards or codes.
